As a native of Texas, David Todd has worked since 1989 as an attorney, advocate and mediator, giving legal aid to individuals involved in divorce, child custody, child support, modification of existing orders, division of marital assets and spousal support cases.

The Todd Law Firm's focus is representing individuals facing divorce and other family law issues, such as child custody, child support, asset division, modification or enforcement of including custody disputes and modifiying existing divorce decrees, etc.  Each case receives personal, attorney attention (not just paralegal work) and we take pride in making sure the client stays informed about and involved with their case every step of the way.  By focusing on the few cases that meet our standards for acceptance, we are able to devote the time and effort needed to obtain the best possible results.
