Improvements to SH 115 from SH 128 to SH 349, widening the existing two-lane undivided highway to a four-lane divided highway with two lanes in each direction, a non-paved depressed median, inside and outside shoulders, and median openings as needed. The project would also include realignment of a five-mile segment of SH 115 on the north end of the project, near Patricia, Texas. The project will affect the following Texas counties: Andrews, Dawson, Gaines and Martin.
