ACQUIRING AUTHORITY:

            Phillips 66 / Plains All American Joint Venture

PARAMETERS:     

A new 30-inch crude oil line from Cushing, OK, to Wichita Falls, Texas. And from Wichita Falls to Sealy. From Sealy the pipeline divides: A 20-inch line to Houston and Beaumont, and there a 30-inch segment from Sealy down to Corpus Christi.
