PARAMETERS:
Segment H & I-1 is a proposed 37-mile, four-lane, controlled access toll road with intermittent frontage roads from US 59 (N) to IH 10 (E). The Grand Parkway will be constructed as a four-mainlane controlled-access freeway in a minimum 300-foot right-of-way (ROW) width, expanding to a 400-foot ROW at ramps and isolated frontage road locations.

For this project, segments H and I-1 are a 37.5-mile, four-lane, controlled access toll road with intermittent frontage roads from US 59 North (the Eastex Freeway) near New Caney to US 90 near Dayton to I-10 East (the East Freeway) near Mont Belvieu through Montgomery, Harris, Liberty, and Chambers counties.
Construction should begin Fall 2017 and should last three years.
