The goal of Texas Department of Transportation on this particular project is to reconstruct and widen state highway 276, East from FN 549 to County Road 2472. The schedule that was originally filed showed that they received clearance in July of 2019, environmental clearance, and that the right-of-way acquisition was supposed to start in July of 2019 and complete the project in October of 2020. However, I believe that they got behind schedule and we are now, just now seeing movement and offers on obtaining right-of-way from property owners.
