Widen and Reconstruct SH 66 from 2 lane rural undivided to 4 lane urban divided with 2/2 couplet from existing SH 205 to John King Blvd.

Proposed improvements include the following: Reconstruction and widening of SH 66 from a two-lane to a four- to six-lane divided roadway The scope is approximately ten miles from the City of Rockwall through Royse City Approximately 97 acres of additional right-of-way (ROW) and approximately 7 acres of drainage easements are anticipated ROW acquisition would impact undeveloped, commercial and residential property as well as place-of-worship property and Harry Myers Park property.
